Which one is right for you?

There are four options for tracking customer and supplier accounts: Account Ledger: Debt & Credit if you only need to keep accounts (this site, the panel is live), Ofisx if you’ll manage them together with stock, Veresiye Takibi if you’re looking for a retail credit ledger, and a free Excel template if you’d rather set up the system on paper first. In all of them you can move your data with Excel.

Frequently asked questions

Should I use Excel or a program to track customer accounts?

For a few dozen accounts and a few manually entered transactions, the free Excel template is enough. When the number of accounts starts being counted in hundreds, when you want a list and notifications for accounts approaching their due date, or when you want to keep cash, cheques and notes in the same place, a program is more suitable; you can import the list in Excel into the program.

What is the difference between Account Ledger: Debt & Credit and Ofisx?

Account Ledger: Debt & Credit is only for customer and supplier accounts: customer and supplier cards, debit-credit, due dates, cash, cheques and notes. Ofisx keeps stock and accounts in the same program; if you track stock alongside customer accounts, choose Ofisx.

What is the difference between Veresiye Takibi and Account Ledger: Debt & Credit?

Veresiye Takibi is a credit ledger that tracks the small debts and collections of retail customers; it has no cash, cheque or note section. Account Ledger: Debt & Credit is built for a more comprehensive debit-credit relationship with customers and suppliers, plus cash, cheques and notes.

Which of these options is free?

The Excel template is completely free. Account Ledger: Debt & Credit, Veresiye Takibi and Ofisx can be started with a free account.

Can I switch to another option later?

Yes. In all four options, data moves with Excel; you can start with the Excel template and import the list into a program, or export your data from a program.
